PABLO AIR is the leading pyro-drone manufacturer in South Korea, operating with their own standards, internal processes, and a consistently high level of expectations.
During peak season, their in-house team became overloaded, yet they still had to maintain their signature precision: strict timing requirements, animation quality standards, and mandatory synchronization with pyro elements. At that point, they needed a partner who could seamlessly integrate into their workflow, take over part of the production workload, and maintain their quality bar without compromise.

The Task

Create a 500-drone animation fully compatible with PABLO AIR’s internal system, including:

• the internal animation standards and processes
• synchronization with pyro sequences
• a mandatory test show before the main project
• a tight 9-day turnaround

How We Worked

Test Show Preparation

Before starting any real production, we developed a test animation.
Its purpose was to validate compatibility with PABLO AIR’s system, verify pyro timing behavior, and ensure our pipeline matched their internal process.

Real Show Development

Once the test was approved, we moved on to the main animation:
precise transitions, correct motion dynamics, and alignment with pyro bursts and timing delays.

Pyro Element Integration

The animation and visual effects were synchronized with specific pyro-launch moments.
We achieved this without revealing PABLO AIR’s proprietary information, while still fully integrating with their workflow.
