Magic Drone Show is a Brazilian drone show production company that creates large-scale aerial performances. They handle full event production, including drone programming, pyrotechnics coordination, and live show execution.

In late August, they received an order for a major anniversary celebration in São Luís – Maranhão, scheduled for September 6th. The event required 300 synchronized drones performing alongside fireworks, creating a patriotic celebration for thousands of spectators.

With only 8 days from order to event, Magic Drone Show needed a partner who could deliver custom animations that matched their detailed creative vision, synchronized with pyrotechnic timing, and formatted for their CroStars drone system. All within an extremely compressed timeline.

The Task

Create 10 custom drone show animations for a 300-drone performance celebrating São Luís anniversary, including:

• animations following the client's detailed storyboard and color palette specifications
• synchronization with fireworks sequences that Magic Drone Show would handle
• formatting for 300 CroStars drones
• mockups delivered within 4 days (by September 2nd)
• full show ready by September 5th (one day before the event)
• animations representing Brazilian cultural themes and heritage
