Turn-Key Activations and Customization
You will receive a drone show tailored to your private event, whether it's a proposal, gender reveal party, birthday celebration, or simply a personal desire to enjoy a drone show. Depending on the type of event, you will receive a 15-minute show designed to make your special moment unforgettable.
Drone Count and Resolution
The resolution of the drone show depends on the number of drones used. With 50 drones, you can display simple visuals like the initials of your names or recognizable shapes. However, with 100 or 180 drones, you'll achieve a much higher resolution, allowing you to display full names, phrases, recognizable symbols, and personalized messages. The more drones used, the greater the detail and complexity of the show.
Drone Show Essentials
Safety
Drones must not fly over areas where people are present. Just like fireworks displays, drone shows require designated exclusion zones for safety. The typical setup consists of a launch area, an exclusion zone, and a performance area, all of which can be adjusted based on existing infrastructure.
Content Capture Options
Wow Drone offers professional content capture services for every drone show. This includes videographers, photographers, and camera drones to record the performance. The captured content can be used for promotional videos, photo galleries, and digital assets for marketing purposes.
Custom Animation Process
If the client needs for custom animation, here’s how the process will unfold:
Everything begins with a creative call, where our teams discuss your vision for the show. Your drone show is entirely customized to recreate any logo or image you desire. From this discussion, we’ll create a storyboard for your review. You can make as many edits or changes as you need at this stage, and once final approval is given, we move on to mock-ups.
In the mock-up phase, we take your creative ideas and apply them to your chosen drone count. This is an opportunity for your team to review the visuals and ensure everything looks as expected. Minor changes can be made at this stage to address any concerns. Once your team approves, we move on to animating your show.
Before your show flies, you’ll see an exact replica of the performance through a curated animated video, perfectly timed to the actual performance. At this point, we can also create a custom music track or sync the show with your other production elements. Once you approve the final animation and music, we’re ready to bring your show to life!

Launch Requirements
Drones are never allowed to fly over areas where people are present. Much like fireworks displays, our drone shows have designated exclusion zones to ensure no one is directly underneath. Ideally, we aim to position the show directly above the performance area. However, in certain cases, we can fly drones up to 600 feet away from the launch site.

These zones can be adjusted to accommodate existing infrastructure or operational needs. This layout provides an optimal setup for both the show and the viewing experience, while strictly adhering to safety protocols.
